Wellspring Community Outreach

Wellspring employs two Community Outreach Specialists to help clients identify and solve problems that block their paths to independence. Some of the services available through Wellspring's Community Outreach program are:

• Food Stamps applications - on site  and on a monthly basis at Hull's Council on Aging (Senior Center)
• Mass Health Applications - applications, counseling and follow-up
• Social Security Assistance and advocacy
• Social Security Disability counseling and advocacy
• EAFDC counseling and advocacy
• SHINE Counseling - on site with certified SHINE Counselor
• Free legal advice
• Fuel Assistance applications
• Financial assistance
• Eviction and foreclosure assistance
• Referrals - substance abuse, mental illness, domestic violence, shelter
