Wellspring Community OutreachWellspring employs 2 Community Outreach Specialists to help clients identify and solve the immediate and long term problems that block their paths to independence. Wellspring's Case Management approach is designed to solve problems not to put a band-aid on the issues. Wellspring's philosophy of a "hand up not a handout" creates the dynamic where the client is accountable not enabled. Some of the opportunities available through Wellspring's Community Outreach program are: Food Stamps Applications - On site and on a monthly basis at Hull's Council on Aging (Senior Center) Mass Health Applications - Applications, counseling and follow-up Social Security Assistance and Advocacy Social Security Disability Counseling and Advocacy EAFDC Counseling and Advocacy SHINE Counseling - On site with Certified SHINE Counselor Counseling - General Counseling, Domestic Violence Counseling, Anxiety and Depression, Grief Free Legal Advice Fuel Assistance Applications Financial Assistance Crisis Intervention Eviction and Foreclosure Assistance Referrals - Substance Abuse, Mental Illness, Domestic Violence, Shelter, etc. Transportation Housing Education
